The construction of 19,000 sq m of high quality office space over 3 floors, with basement/grade parking for 520 cars. Part of the development includes a separate building to house a cafe, staff gym and health centre for incoming tenant Unilever.
Fire Shield Scope of Works:
- Decorative W&J Leigh’s FX1000 Intumescent Paint Fire Protection and external grade Topseal to structural steel beams and columns
- Hilti Firestopping to service penetrations through walls and floors and slab edges
- Kooltherm K10 Soffit Insulation to achieve the required Thermal ‘U’ Value
